Dashboard dimension shows wrong value on initial page load

There appears to be something unexpected going on with the "settingsservice". I've attached a video showing this behavior. Even when a dimension is fixed on a certain value (T Month fixed on Total Year Entry), the fixed element is not loaded. This seems to happen after navigating to another page with the same source cube but having a different fixed value for the dimension.

The correct fixed element is loaded if you click into the cube settings or refresh the page but not on initial page load. Please note the first few seconds of the video have no image so fast forward to 7 seconds in.
