Formatting not applied to WRITE-cells

In Advanced Options for a grid view I added logic for conditional formatting for 3 different columns separately. It works properly on 2 columns (READ-ONLY), but doesn't work on the 3rd one (READ-WRITE). It seems that the formatting is not applied to WRITE-cells at all.

S cell, therefore "==" should be applied
