Setting PopUp size is broken in v 2020.11

Describe the bug
After upgrade to 2020.11, for any new created “popup windows” the option of “popup size” dropdown in “settings” is missing. For previous created popups, the “dropdown” options are still there, it only affects newly created.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. In edit mode create a new PopUp
2. The PopUp size selector dropdown is missing

Expected behavior
Should be possible to set the size of the PopUp
