Apliqo UX Loading Issue

1. TM1 version: 2.0.7
2. UX version: 2020.11 FP1
3. Browser: Chrome, Mozilla, Edge, Even in incognito mode.
4. The affected UX component: Login
5. Content Store error logs: No errors in the Content Store: N/A

6. Describe the issue (explanation + screenshots): For everyone, the authentication windows appear as normal and let them login without any issue, but after that, for some users the issue begins, the loading page got stuck as you can see in the image attached.
   The issue is not possible to replicate on another computer and because of the testing done here, we have figured out the following:

   1. It cannot be an issue related to User ID (From my device, all logins are working)
   2. It cannot be an issue related to VPN (two different users are connected from the same VPN)
   3. It is not an issue with the Browser (cookies and cache).
