Support for Comment/Annotation Update from Refresh Button

Users have increased their use of Cell Annotations. We have also created system processes that auto-populate annotations to call out data points of interest for users. At present, the list of annotations is only refreshed when a view or dashboard page is reloaded from the browser refresh button (hard reload). Clicking the dashboard/view level refresh button does not update the comments. If new comments are not available to users without a page refresh they become too challenging to use. Cell comments should be reloaded just like other cell data.
