UX stuck on white page when user does not have access to default/homepage

When a user does not have at least read access to their specified homepage/default application, UX gets stuck on a white page.

If a default application can not be reached UX should display an access error and display the app management screen, similar to other access issues.

Issue has been resolved and the fix will be part of the 2021 February Fix pack 2 release.
