Enable Row-wise subview creation

Column wise subviews are really powerful and are a great feature of UX.

As a user I would like to create row-wise subviews to support complex financial reporting like P&L generation. This feature is very similar to active form sections, and similar to how financial reporting is completed in excel today.

• Row-wise subviews share column definitions with other data in the view
• Row-wise subviews can be zero suppressed on the rows, but must respect the global column zero suppression
• Row-wise subviews can come from multiple cube sources

Row-wise subviews all also enable better use of the target view functionality. Each row section could have unique targets which would make navigating to expense versus revenue detail reports much easier.
