Different date-picker between Apliqo UX and Canvas Directive

Using tm1-ui-dbr with a calendar drop-down there is different to the UX version. The UX date-picker has additional functionality that is missing with the tm1-ui-dbr. Ideally the two date-pickers should be the same with all functionality.

The UX version allow the reader to click on the month or year to select and then select the month or year from a list. The tm1-ui-dbr only allows the user to navigate a month forward or back. This is not useful when the date is more then 3 months in the future. The client has projecting project that will complete years in the future and it is not practical to scroll on the date using the tm1-ui-dbr.

The two calendar drop-down are different. Ideally they would be the same for consistency of similar functionality.
