Custom HTML widget to display the CubeSettings option in edit mode

To write flexible and user friendly custom HTML we may reference the values in the cube setting in our custom HTML. For example, the list of elements in the custom HTML is driven by the MDX for the dimension set in the cube settings. Currently, for a HTML widget the cube settings are not available. To access and change the cube settings you need to change the widget to a grid widget. Make the change to the cube settings. Then back to custom html. By making the Cube Settings available it makes this process one step.
