Inserted columns not exported to Excel

Data from an inserted column that displays in e.g. a view or grid, is not shown when exporting to Excel.

I am also noticing this issue. The file exports, but when trying to open the file, Excel says “We found a problem with some content in <file name>. Do you want us to try to recover as much as we can? If you trust the source of this workbook, click Yes.” After clicking Yes, the file opens but all custom calculation fields are blank (which in my file are mainly DBRW’s). The inserted column headers appear, but no data. Any update on this issue?

I’m using the latest version and the latest fix pack (2021.02 FP3), but the error is still there. I don’t get the same warning message as you though, but that could be intermittent.

I’m sure the next release/FP will correct it.

The upcoming July release will contain many improvement to export to Excel process, including a fix to this issue.
