App management drill down issue

In the “App Management” when you click the drop-down of an app, sometimes it doesn’t take any action. You have to click multiple times to drill down.

there is performance issue on the app management, causing the page to load for a couple of seconds before it become fully functional. as this is a very minor issue and it does work after a couple of seconds, this will not be fixed for now
