ApliqoServer\py\settings.json overwritten

When running the UX update from 2.5.2 to 2021.02.03 the file ApliqoServer\py\settings.json has been overwritten.

Expected behavior
The file should be kept as original.

Version
Running 2021.02.03 installer on previously 2.5.2 version.
