UX Power User Cannot open "Cube Settings" after upgrade to 2021.05 Beta

After upgrade to the latest 2021.05 Beta version, all APQ UX Power Users cannot Open “Cube Settings”. After some testing it should be the problem of the ContentStore security, because same issue, even using the OLDER version of webapps folder with the latest/upgraded contentStore.

In the development mode of browser, it complaints some errors of }ElementAttributes cube access right.

Adding user to “APQ UX Administrator” group will fix the problem, so definitely something to do with the contentStore security settings.
