ER: Option to allow end user to resize widget while not on edit mode

Sometimes we need to fix the height for a number of widgets, and we may have many widgets on the same screen, and depending on the data being returned, we may end up with quite a bit of whitespace inside the widget, this maybe wasting a lot of real estate.

Would be nice if end user can resize the widget themselves so that they can see the data properly and not wasting real estate.
