SSO does not work

Dear support team,
We have some others canvas applications in place working porperly, but since we migrated to Planning Analytics we created a new one using an existing and working application. Now the SSO does not work in canvas, while in Architect is ok. The instances.json file has "useSSOWithCAM":true and we don't find the cause. Canvas version is 3.0.1
Could you please reach us to check if some settings are missing or something is wrong? If you need more details regarding the configuration don't hesitate in contacting me.
