Column headers not repeating when set viewportcolumnRenderingoffset =100

The last column is not shown in a view or printburst. When adding the paramater viewportcolumnRenderingoffset =100 in json , the column comes back but in the print burst the header is not repeated on the next pages. Only on the first one.
