RowSpan does not render for stacked row dimensions

RowSpan appears to work somewhat unpredictably and does not always render properly. Please refer to my example/video below using Apliqo_Demo.

• When I first navigate to the page, RowSpan does not activate.
• Once I mess around a bit with the filters, RowSpan suddenly works.
• Interestingly, if I had this page set on a different Dept, RowSpan works on initial load.
• This is just one example of the unpredictability as it also appears in other situations as well.
