Media Upload feature - custom name

Hi Team, In the media upload feature, we would need to have custom name to it. Currently we can save it in random name or with the exact file name how it is uploaded by the user.

But the requirement is to rename the file appended with the settings value (Filter value), if User1 is uploading the document named as “Support document.pdf” while accessing Tender-10, then when he uploads the file, the file name should be appended with Tender10-support documents.pdf . Can you check whether it is feasible.
