Widget Action Menu items cut off on right side in Flexible layout

This is more of a cosmetic issue but when a widget is placed on the right side of the screen, the action menu items get cut off. if we are not in “Flexible layout”, UX smartly detects if the widget is touching the right end and generates the action menu so it does not get cut off.
