Critical Issue with TI Process Para GUI Setting

If I use TI Setting GUI, open the TI pop-up, and go to the "Process Parameters" GUI, it will auto-add a Value="" to all parameters. It is okay for Input/Date etc. but it will "Stop" all Subnm type of para from working approprately. I have to manually change it back in the Adv Option tab. I guess, this is a Critical Issue! 

This is from the latest version 2021.07 FP1.
