It appears that the “Multi-Subset Selection” does not work with virtual hierarchies (as it will not display any virtual hierarchy subsets). For example, I’m using the Retail cube in the Apliqo_Demo webapp. If I select the “Color” hierarchy in the Product dimension, I still only see the subsets of the primary hierarchy:
