The Global Filter for a dimension appears blank with a warning symbol in Widget - Grid

Hi Team,

We have a bug on global filter of a measure dimension from a cube, where the elements in the filter are blank and the report just displays the default value of the element selected in the filter.

This is happening only for non admin users , while the admin users are able to view the elements in the measure dimension filter, for other users (non admin) the filter appear blank with warning symbol and when they try to open the subset editor and try do all elements, it displays no elements to select from the list. If we have specified a default element it appears on the top of the subset editor with pin attached to it.

We tried moving the effected dimension from global filter to wizard filter too, and we same behaviour.
We tried changing the type from MDX to subset and back subset, no positive impact.
Tried changing/removing the default element.

Also, We have already checked the cube, dimension, element security and there is nothing which restricts it from users. The user is able to view the cube view in arc and also via PAX with the required element in the filters.
