There appears to be a bug in the mapping of “Legal” paper size when exporting to PDF. The Legal page size (8.5 x 14 in) exports with the same dimensions as Letter (8.5 x 11 in). I suspect there may be a typo in the mapping that have both sizes set to 8.5 x 11.
