SCSS Variables $terms-and-condition-text-color and $login_page_bg and others

1. Trying to change the $terms-and-condition-text-color variable to a different color than the default won’t work. It’s probably missing the !important or !default attributes.
2. Would be nice to have a variable out of the box called $login_page_bg to allow the customization of the login page background color without using an image
3. Alternatively, or additionally, to point 2 would be nice to have $login_page_bg_start or $login_page_bg_stop
4. Would be nice to have separate new variables for the wizard colors. For example: wizard-pf-sidebar (normal, active and hover) and for wizard-pf-step-number (normal, active and hover). Some clients requested that.
