Conditional formatting conditions don't work properly

The conditions, such as >= or <= are not working properly.

In the picture below you see that the value is 0.01, but the formatting does not apply.

If the value is 0.02 formatting works fine.

We are also noticing a similar issue when using conditionals (the < condition doesn’t seem to work). Using Apliqo_Demo, “>” condition works as expected but “>” not so much. It appears to be a new issue specific to v2021.11:

Just tested my conditional formatting issue on v2021.11 FP3 and it appears to be resolved now
