Encrypt smtpUser and smtpPassword for e-mail settings

The configuration of sending e-mails per task scheduler is done in the settings.js file. Unlike for the credentials the task scheduler uses to log in to the TM1-servers the credentials for smtpUser and smtpPassword are not encrypted after restarting the Apliqo server.
