Enhancement Request to include a default namespace with CAM login

Describe the bug

One of our customers is using Apliqo UX on mobile devices. On Apple devices the users are finding very difficult to enter the credentials in the form namespace\user since the backslash character is difficult to find.

The customer would like to have the possibility to login without specifying the namespace, therefore with no need to enter a \ character. In this case, the namespace specified in the settings would be used automatically (the first one if more than one are specified).

Alternatives considered

We have considered setting up the default namespace in CA and login just with "user" and "password" (without the namespace), but it did not work.
