Bubble Chart link doesn't work with Dashboard filter but with Dashboard Fixed Values

In the bubble chart, the link functionality when clicking on a bubble doesn’t work when the dimension is in the “Dashboard filter”.

To Reproduce

Take the UX Samples > Chart Widget > Chart Type Collection screen
Display the “Product” dimension in the dashboard Global Setting by turning Off the “Hide From Toolbar”
Click on one of the bubble in the bubble chart and see the value changing. ✅
Move the dimension to the “dashboard filter” section.
Click on one of the bubble in the bubble chart. The value is not changing anymore. ❌

Observation: When turning the graph to table through “Show Source Data”, the link works from the table when the dimension is in the “dashboard filter”.
