Unable to edit snippet source code from private app

Describe the bug
When trying to open the html snipped editor from a custom html widget on a private app there is an error. For a custom html widget on a public dashboard pointing to the SAME snippet the same user is able to edit (user in in PUser group).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Attempt to edit html snippet code from a private app

Expected behavior
Power User should be able to edit snippet source code regardless from whihc screen the snippet is embedded in.
