Values from grid with non US thousand separator copied to clipboard with separator

Describe the bug
When UX is using standard US English locale with comma as thousand separator when values from the grid are copied to the clipboard the values don’t contain the thousand separator. e.g. displayed value “1,000.11” is copied as “1000.11”.

However when non-english thousand separator is used in UX the values are coppied to the clipboard as is.

This created issues when pasting from clipboard into Excel as if the pasted values will be seen as string and not numeric.

Expected behavior
Numeric values should be represented without thousand separator in the clipboard.
