Export to Excel feature exports incorrectly when there are hidden rows

Hi Team,
The export to excel feature has critical bug which causes incorrect data set being exported to Excel from UI when there are hidden rows. Attaching the results 1. View in UI 2. Results in Export

1. Create a wizard sub-step and add a dashboard or view to it and hide some rows on it.
2. Hit Export to Excel (incl filters)

From the initial looks of it the row elements vs data are being mapped incorrectly on the export process.
