In edit mode the widgets in a table popup are “shaking” when browser zoom is 100%. When the zoom is changed everything is normal again. Behaviour does not occur when not in edit mode.

Yes. Behaviour occurs only with flexible layout enabled.

Have similar issue on charts too, charts may keep refreshing and shaking at the same time.
