Graphs widget doesn't react to filter change automatically

The Graph reacts to the filter automatically only at the first change. For all other changes, we have to push the refresh button

There is no such problem in the 2021.21.11 UX version in the Production environment.

Issue has been fixed in 2022.12 release.
