Variable support for dimension parameter in TI subnm config

When building a subnm selection for a TI I cannot use a $<<UX.dim.dim>> variable in the “dimension” attribute.

I can use it in MDX, but it would be useful to be able to make the dimension selection more flexible.

A good example for this is to show the list of subsets from “}Subsets_dim” dimension by passing a variable dimension name.
