TI parameter isn't updated from filter for parameters in embedded TIs

The value of a parameter is linked to the dashboard filter with a variable

If the filter is changes the value of the parameter in the TI widget doesn’t update and will still use the old parameter to the process.

This was working in the Nov FP2 release.

Update:

The issue happens for dimensions that don’t have a value in the settings service set before rendering the dashboard with the TI widget.

Basically, the TI widget doesn’t wait for the filterbar to fully update before showing the variables in the parameters.

Issue has been resolved and the fix will be part of the next release
