Subset editor - Hierarchy dropdown box sizing

This is a rather minor CSS issue but in the Subset Editor, the Hierarchy dropdown appears to have some sizing issues on initial load in v2022.06 FP2. Please refer to the example below using Apliqo_Demo (Sales Planning->Planning Review):

Go to the Subset Editor of the “Account” dim:

Notice that the dropdown not not expand to fit all the Hierarchy rows. On clicking into the Hierarchy dropdown the second time, the resizing occurs and fits the items.

However, even now, the current active hierarchy (“Account”) should be highlighted blue since it is the “active” selection. Notice how the active subset is highlighted:
