Moving a View / Dashboard shows wrong message

When moving a view or dashboard to a different app or folder you get this message, which is clearly incomplete and wrong.

This is a defect but is a very minor issue. Moving a component first duplicates the original object to a new location then deletes the original. The message is incorrect but it is “half right”.
