Settings service variables in filterbar don't work with the Submit button

When using the Submit button on the filterbar, the filters that use the $<<…>> variables don’t load at all.

Hi Radu, I think that I was able to replicate that issue, but on my end the filter value is not displayed only on the page initial load. After clicking on the submit button the correct value will appear. Is it the same thing happening for you?

Talk to Tomer about this one. The submit button on filter bar is a very old component and is there not since before the setting service but before we had accessible variables for the setting service values and this has never been implemented retrospectively. Probably it should be (especially if it’s a quick win from an effort perspective). But as such this is actually technically a enhancement request, althoug I do agree from user/application designer point of view it seems like a bug.
