Dimension labels default to Caption

BUG

Currently if the label text is empty the dimension label on filterbar or rows will default to the dimension principal name. This is incorrect. The label text should default to the caption stored in }DimensionAttributes cube. It should only be necessary to enter label text to have a label that is different from the defined caption text for the dimension.

Enhancement

Ultimately this should also support localized captions depending on the user’s language preference!!

Are you sure @tomer ganz ? As in 100% sure? My observation is that it is fixed for titles on filter or fixed but still shows dimension principal name when on ROWS. Please confirm that also fixed for row dimensions.
