Unable to add dimension not from cube to global filter

Describe the bug
The new cube settings dialog doesn’t allow the user to add a dimension not used in the selected cube to the global filters. The add dimension dialog displays and a dimension cna be selected but when the user clicks “add dimension” nothing happens. The dialog is dismissed but the dimension isn’t added to the filter.

As described above.

Expected behavior
Dimension or hierarchis is added to the filter.
