TI widget parameters: if subnm should support named public subset

Currently the TI widget for parameters with type=subnm only supports MDX via tm1Mdx property to generate the element list as picklist for the parameter input.

Providing a named subset corresponding to the dimension / hierarchy specified in the dimension property should also work and generate the list. e.g.

“type”: ”subnm”,
”dimension”: “instance.dim.hier”,
”subset”: “my Subset”
