Excel export missing header in "Upload Sheet" tab

When exporting a screen to Excel, Apliqo creates two tabs in the file, the “Upload Sheet” containing the principal names instead of the displayed attribute. However, the row headers are missing from this “Upload Sheet” tab. Take the following example from Apliqo_Demo:

Export any screen (I’m using one with stacked row dimensions but its the same w/ a singular row dimension)

* The exported file shows as below (note the missing “Product” and “Region” headers)
