Feb release - Pulse Package error

When running the update to 2023.Feb the Pulse package throws an error.

@Radu Cantor that’s really strange as the package contains the }CubeDrillString dimension. Just copy this dimension into the data directory from the offline package, restart the instance and rerun the upgrade process will resolve the issue.

In future releases will change package so TI process runs after dimensions not first.
