File upload preview not rendering when using flexi grid and / or internal filter

When setting up a file upload widget in a dashboard, the preview for PDF doesn’t render when using one or both of the following scenarios. I checked in the cube and on the server and I can clearly see that the file was uploaded, and the value stored.

• Dashboard uses flexi-grid.
• Widget has an internal filter.
