Export to Excel fails when the grid contains Comment and the user does not have access to the }CellAnnotations cube.

To Reproduce:

1. Log on using a user that has access to the cube but not the related }CellAnnotations_ cube.
2. Build a widget from using the cube showing the cell that has a comment in the }CellAnnotations cube, A red trianagle appears. The user can see the comment in UX even though they do not have access to the }CellAnnotations cube.
3. Export to Excel the widget. The export to excel process fails. No Excel file is produced. The Consoles log show the error message “unhandled function…”
