Condition based notification is not working
When a conditional notification is setup, notification is alerted immediately, but not after data is changed.
Notification is created with a condition greater than the cell value.
Notification is created instantly but condition is not yet met.
Data is changed but notification is not created.
Also, a few additional features would be very beneficial (Feel free to split this into another ticket).
- Referring to a static number is good but it would useful to reference to a cell value. Either a DBRW formula, a specific selection of cube and dimension elements (similar to PAW relative proportional spread reference), or something similar would be great addition.
- Notification interval to continuously notify the user. (Similar to Pulse alerts)
- Updating the link with selected filters to ensure users are navigated to the right data
- Highlighting the target cell for 10 seconds upon page load from the link

reporter Hi Team,
Found an issue with respect to the notification alert.
When the condition based alert notifies the user, and then the user hits “Read All” or “Clear All“ the notification no longer works.
If the notification is not yet read then notification still keeps coming with every data change. Is this by design or a bug?
I’d expect the notification to alert me until I remove it or do I have to set an alert each time?

Hi Ulas, issue with condition based notifications has been resolved and the fix will be part of 2023.02 FP1 release. I will add the rest of your suggestions to our backlog.
