Incomplete rendering of grid widgets

Describe the bug
In dashboards within wizards sometimes not all grid widgets are rendered completely. Sometimes a widget will not render at all. More commonly the row headers will render but not the columns. Clicking the “rebuild” button to requery the dashboard then renders the screen correctly.

Can be reliably observed within https://cloud.apliqo.ch:80/LPPM/#!/wizard/a5.z1

Expected behavior
Page renders 1st time without additional refresh
