Edit mode quick wins

the kebab button on views & dashboards shows move & delete. Seems the absolute definition of quick win to include duplicate!
In edit mode dashboard widgets have a duplicate button and a delete button but no move button
In edit mode the kebab menu for dashboard widgets stays the same as in consumer mode. Why not change it to duplicate/move/delete? This would then be consistent with dashboard bar (and remove need for separate buttons on the widget for these functions)
Is there a quick win way to make table and toolbar popups available in edit mode? Maybe for toolbar popups just an extra tab? (can’t see how this wouldn’t work for both views and dashboards)
