Advanced options GUI doesn't work for parameter type "select"

Describe the bug
For manually defined dropdown list selection (parameter type=select) in TI widget the GUI doesn’t allow the user to enter the manual list. This parameter type is also missing from the documentation so there isn’t even a sample json snipet to copy from.

Expected behavior
Be able to define the list.

Also conpared to subnm and subnm-multi the selection of elements in the list is not good. Rather than the row being highlighted as the dropdown is scrolled there is a thin divider which is shown ABOVE the active row which would be selected.

This should look and behave the same as subnm.
