Cross-drill not working on widgets with hidden fixed dimensions

Noticed a possible bug related to cross-drill when a hidden fixed dimension is used on a grid widget. Cross-drill does not activate in this situation for any dimension (except the hidden fixed dimension). Please follow the steps below to replicate in Apliqo_Demo:

• Go to the “Summary” step in “Workflow examples” → “Sales Planning”
• Modify the grid widget by dragging “Region” down to the widget title area and toggle on “fixed” and “hide from toolbar”

* Now try a “cross-drill” on “Department” and Apliqo does not return any results
